Limited Returns on Electrical Parts

Returns are allowed on electrical parts. To start a return, the buyer must call the Parts Department at (844) 255-5899 within 30 days from the original ship date using one of the methods below.

Tell FINDPIGTAILS.COM about the defect and its cause if known within 30 days of the shipment date. Notification can be made by mail, phone or email using the information below.

If the part is correctly identified:

• No refund will be given for shipping charges.
• Parts with open, damaged, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply.
• The buyer must return the product prepaid.
• Upon receipt of the item, a partial refund will be processed within 15 days, either as a credit to the original payment method or by check.

Note: No refunds will be issued for electrical items returned due to alternative options or changes such as vehicle write-offs.

If the part is incorrectly identified by FINDPIGTAILS.COM:

• A full refund, including shipping, will be issued.
• A prepaid return label will be provided.
• Upon receipt of the item, a refund will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method or by check.

Special Order Items: Cannot be canceled or refunded.

Tools: Tools are non-returnable. Due to customers using items from kits and returning them, we offer a 30-day warranty on defective tools for manufacturing defects only. Only the defective item will be replaced, not the entire kit.
