The following video demonstrates repair of an B27A3 connector via de-pin and re-pin method.

Part number B27A3 is one of our most sought-after connectors, used in a wide variety of models including those from Chevy, Ford, Jeep and Lincoln models.

Most commonly, it’s used as a front or rear turn signal connector.

00:34 Remove the front cover plate with a pick tool; the cover also serves as a secondary lock on this connector
01:00 Insert a small screwdriver into the first cavity, press the catch to release; with your other hand, pull the wire free
01:12 Repeat for the second and third wires
01:45 When preparing to insert the wire, ensure that the catch is oriented correctly on the pin
01:55 Press until you hear a "click" which indicates a secure fit
02:01 Repeat for the second and third wires
02:13 Perform a quick "pull" test on the wires to ensure they are securely in place
